Cette garantie est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 la fourniture, \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration ou au remplacement pur et simple des ouvrages reconnus d\u00e9fectueux, aucune indemnit\u00e9 ne pouvant \u00eatre demand\u00e9e au titre de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats pour quelque chose que ce soit.Toutefois, en ce qui concerne les appareils pos\u00e9s, la garantie est accord\u00e9e par le constructeur.
La responsabilit\u00e9 de l’entrepreneur, ne sera, dans tous les cas, engag\u00e9e qu’\u00e0 dater du commencement effectif des travaux.
Sauf convention contraire express\u00e9ment constat\u00e9e, la date de l’\u00e9tablissement du devis, de la commande, ou du march\u00e9, ne pourra \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme point de d\u00e9part des travaux.
La responsabilit\u00e9 de l’entrepreneur ne sera pas engag\u00e9e en cas de bris d’appareils sanitaires survenu du fait de leur d\u00e9pose ou de celle de leur robinetteries et accessoires.<\/p>\n
